I'm Sunnye. I have worked as a paramedic for almost twenty years, and I learned that what we eat plays a big role in both the quality and quantity of life we get to enjoy. Yet, so many of us have various food allergies, sensitivities,  ot intolerances. Food shouldn't be something we fear.  So, I set about creating For You From Scratch to make food that's like a gift--something good to look forward to!
